Built Core
We are in the field of built core since last 5 years and having capacity of constructing built core upto 4000 MT per year. We construct and supply all type of built cores in India and in countries of Middle East, Europe etc.
We construct and supply all types of core like step lap in 3/5/7/9 pieces and overlap core with 1 or 2 pieces. All cores are constructed as per customer design and specification.At present our capacity to built cores from 25 KVA TO 10 MVA rating. Accessories like frame parts, hardware, insulating material etc as per customer specifications. Metal frame parts with powder coating/ hot deep galvanizing/ HOR paint are used. We also supply built core with frame parts made from laminated board / Sandwiched Permawood. Hardware of Stainless steel / Mild steel / special steel can be used along with different coating like blackbodies, galvanizing, etc. Insulating material is used as per customer requirement.
Each and every core passes thru strict quality standard at all stages of Inspection. Electrical, Mechanical and Visual inspection of every core is done before packing. We have all type of testing equipment/ facility to test built core up to 10 MVA. We provide built core with Guranteed no load losses certificate and Inspection report as per customer drawing & parameters.
Our team of technically qualified and experienced engineers along with highly skilled laborsbuilds, checks and tests all parameters of built core as per customer drawing and requirements.
Tested and inspected core suitably packed and dispatched in weather proof package to avoid damage to product properties.
